Henrik Kure is a partner in our banking and finance law practice. Henrik advises banks, pension funds and other financial institutions as well as corporate borrowers in a variety of domestic and international corporate finance transactions, including syndicated lending, debt capital markets transactions, commercial real estate transactions and other secured and unsecured financings. Henrik also has substantial experience with assisting lenders and borrowers in all stages of turnarounds and debt restructurings, and has been involved in some of the largest Danish transactions within the recent years. Henrik also advises on financial regulatory matters, including regulatory capital, corporate governance of financial institutions and fintech.
