Which corporate form to choose? How to move from business idea to a fully established company? And how does a newly formed business attract external funding from outside investors or lenders, seed capital, if relevant, or business angels? We deal with the legal matters and leave you to focus on your innovative idea.
We advise our clients on corporate form, financing, preparation of memoranda of association and contracts as well as pitfalls and legal points of attention for early-stage businesses. We furthermore keep an eye on related legal areas such as intellectual property and employment law issues.
