Examples of some of the issues that we advise on:

  • understanding the collective agreement basis
  • questions about whether a dismissal is for good cause
  • the significance of the Danish Act on Employees' Legal Position in connection with a Transfer of a Company in connection with procurement procedures

For example, because of our knowledge of public authorities we advised the Danish government agencies in connection with the local government reform. We were actively involved throughout the entire process, from the pre-legislative work, the implementation of the local government reform to carrying out the legal proceedings after the reform had been completed.

We are very experienced in advising on employees employed as public servants (tjenestemandsansatte) and on all the aspects of this type of employment, including official interviews and pensions law issues.

The type of cases that we handle means that our assistance is required in a wide range of fields. We also regularly litigate before the Danish district courts, the Danish high courts and the Danish Supreme Court, the Danish tribunal relating to public servants (tjenestemandsretten), the Danish Labour Court and before industrial arbitration tribunals.
