Henrik Nedergaard Thomsen has special experience in advising state authorities on public authorities' liability to pay damages, on insurance conditions, including establishment of insurance schemes, on public insurance schemes, including insurance against industrial injuries, patients' insurance, insurance against harmful side effects from medicines and other statutory insurance schemes as well as on product liability and consultants' liability.

Mr. Nedergaard Thomsen also assists the Consumer Ombudsman in cases pertaining to marketing and consumer law and has been responsible for the establishment and performance of external secretarial assistance to the Consumer Complaints Board in connection with the processing of cases.

Mr. Nedergaard Thomsen is the partner responsible for the firm's specialist groups for insurance and tort law as well as marketing and consumer law.
