Peter Biering
Partner

Peter Biering works primarily with EU law and, since 1994, he has conducted a considerable number of cases before the EC Court of Justice and the EC Court of First Instance in Luxembourg.

He has also represented the Danish state's interests in international negotiations, including with the European Commission in Brussels.

Mr. Biering represents the interests of the authorities in cases pertaining to immigration law.
