Tomas Ilsøe Andersen advises both public and private Employers
on entering into construction contracts and he conducts arbitration
proceedings in Denmark and abroad against contractors and
consultants, particularly within the FIDIC contracts system. He
also has extensive experience in environmental cases before the
High Court, and Supreme Court.
Mr. Ilsøe Andersen has advised IT and biotech companies, as well as
developers, on license agreements and shareholders' agreements as
well as all matters pertaining to construction law.
Furthermore, Mr. Ilsøe Andersen has participated in the sale of
state and private companies. He also heads the firm's specialist
group on construction law.
