David Auken

David Auken has special experience within tax law, particularly
in connection with tax avoidance schemes, including projects
involving shares in limited companies (anpartsprojekter). He
participated in the group action on the so-called ten-man projects
(tax avoidance schemes). In particular, he assists the Ministry of
Taxation and the Central Customs and Tax Administration in cases
pertaining to VAT and customs duties.
Mr. Auken is the partner responsible for the firm's specialist
group for EU-based indirect taxes.
