Kasper has considerable experience in litigation and arbitration, especially related to construction contracts, IT systems and other complex procurement and in that connection he has planned and been in charge of large cases and linked cases. Kasper has also conducted a number of public administration cases and he was responsible for the cases about the handling of the Christiania area that was settled by the Danish Supreme Court in 2011.
In 2003, Kasper completed the mediator programme of the Danish Bar and Law Society and he has acted as a mediator at the Copenhagen City Court for a number of years.
Kasper is regularly appearing before the Danish Courts and he has handled more than 20 Supreme Court cases. Further Kasper has acted as counsel in numerous arbitration cases, both under institutional rules and in ad hoc cases.
Kasper is a certified arbitrator and has served as arbitrator in both domestic and international arbitrations.
