Bo handles all types of matters within construction law. He offers advice about procurement and contracting, about issues arisen in the course of construction and handling of constructions disputes, including arbitration.
Bo offers advice on procurement under the procurement directive and the defence directive. Bo has extensive experience in construction tenders, both in their traditional form and in the diverse cooperation forms developed within the field of construction. Bo has furthermore assisted with a wide range of design contests under the procurement directive.
In 2013-2015, Bo Schmith completed his MsC in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College in London.
Bo has taught the subject “Construction Law” as external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen since 2002.
Bo completed the mediator training in 2010.
